Flagship Access Conditions

1. This central Flagship Financial Group LLC ("Flagship") access service enables you to create a single user account to log into all Flagship websites, applications, and brands that are linked to this service. Having a user account and password provides you with personalized access to relevant websites and applications.

2. Flagship uses the data gathered and provided at the time of registration solely for the purpose of providing the central access service.

3. To protect your user account, you must select a password that meets the following requirements:

  • Minimum length of eight characters and maximum length of 24 characters
  • Fulfills at least three of the following criteria:
  • Contains uppercase letters
  • Contains lowercase letters
  • Contains at least one number

4. Special characters are allowed but not required. Do not use a password that only consists of one or more words that can be found in a dictionary, plus numbers. Change your password regularly and do not share it with anyone. You can change your password at any time using your user account settings. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Flagship accepts no liability for the consequences of lost or stolen passwords or failing to comply with these password rules.

5. When using the central access service, we strongly recommend that you use measures to protect your end-device against misuse by third parties (for example, password, unlock pattern, etc.).

6. Your username is the email address you provided at the time of registration. All account access information will be sent to this email address. You can specify a different email address as your username at any time in the user account settings.

7. You can delete your user account at any time. Please note: Once the user account is deleted, the personalized use of linked websites and applications is no longer available.
